Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Women Entrepreneur Pod Show (“Event”), organized by Emirates Podcast, a company based in the United Arab Emirates (“Emirates Podcast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By attending or engaging with our event, platform, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

1.1. Women Entrepreneur Pod Show is a curated networking and storytelling experience featuring live podcast recordings, inspiring panel discussions, and community engagement for female founders, business leaders, investors, and advocates of gender-inclusive innovation.

1.2. The Event is held monthly in the UAE and may include live gatherings, interviews, online sessions, interactive experiences, and networking activities. Access may be granted via ticket purchase, invitation, or partnership.

1.3. We do not act as a funding, investment, or advisory platform. We do not facilitate deals or offer financial advice. Participants are solely responsible for any outcomes of their connections.

1.4. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of participant claims. Attendees must perform their own due diligence before engaging in any opportunities.

2. Participation & Community Access

2.1. Access may be granted via application, sponsorship, partnership, or curated invitation. Participation may be free or paid, depending on event type.

2.2. Emirates Podcast may limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion and without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1. Tickets and services must be paid in advance. Refunds are limited:

3.1.1. Requests must be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the event. An admin fee may apply.
3.1.2. Dissatisfaction claims must be submitted within 24 hours post-event with clear reasoning. Partial or full refunds may be granted after review.

3.2. Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows
Late cancellations
Invalid dissatisfaction reasons
Unused services after 90 days
Other cases at our discretion

3.3. If we cancel or postpone the event, a full refund is available upon request.

3.4. We are not liable to issue refunds in case of force majeure (e.g., venue shutdown, health emergencies).

4. User Responsibility & Liability

4.1. Emirates Podcast only provides a platform for storytelling and networking, not business facilitation.

4.2. You are fully responsible for any decisions or outcomes of your participation.

4.3. We are not liable for:

Failed deals or misunderstandings
Misrepresentation by participants
External engagements made independently

4.4. Participants must behave professionally and respectfully.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All branding, media, and creative content belong to Emirates Podcast.

5.2. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5.3. User-generated content (photos, quotes, interviews) may be used for promotional purposes with credit.

6. Media, Privacy & Data

6.1. Photos and video content may be captured. If you wish to opt out, notify us in writing prior to the event.

6.2. We apply best practices to protect personal data but cannot guarantee 100% security.

6.3. By attending, you allow us to collect and share your data with select partners for marketing and community building.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

7.1. All services are provided “as-is.”

7.2. We do not guarantee business success or networking outcomes.

7.3. Emirates Podcast is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Participant actions or decisions

7.4. You agree to indemnify us from any disputes related to your event participation.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. These Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms follow UAE law.

9.2. All disputes are subject to Dubai court jurisdiction.
